One of the few times we got lucky to get out on a boat onto the Liffey River. Mind due, it ain't so easy to take a steady shot on a rocky boat.

Normally, for a shot this dark, you would use a tripod to set a longer shutter speed to let camera gather a bit more light, but in this case, it wasn't an option. On the opposite, we had to use a fairly high shutter speed and high ISO to be able to get a decent shot.

It's amazing how good cameras have gotten at taking images at night. I tried to take a shot on my smartphone and it was pitch dark for it.
