Actor Portraits and Headshots Dublin

Suppose it's time to share some of the wonderful people I've been talking portraits of. So lets change the landscape a little bit to portraits :) When you first start taking portraits you normally try to get rid of every shadow on the face, so this time I've tried to play with shadows a little bit to try to create a little bit contrast for an artistic and interesting image.
A little bit of light, shadow and highlight is a great combo to give depth and structure to someone's face to make their portrait unique and interesting.
Not every headshot is the same, you have to be careful where you place highlights and shadows to make sure you show the person in their best as with this wonderful headshot of James Sweeney
To be fair, this one was a piece of 🍰
